01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "btbaji" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://btbaji.club, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Platform" means the btbaji website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all digital tools or services made available by btbaji.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the btbaji registration process.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" means the in-platform credit balance associated with a registered Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or welcome bonuses credited to an Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on any sports event, casino game, crash game, or other betting product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before deposits, withdrawals, or certain account actions can be completed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operative time zone for all date, time, and deadline references within these terms.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour listed under Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use the btbaji Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from btbaji or had your account closed for a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting in your own name and with your own funds — you are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other individual.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and current information during the registration process and keep that information up to date.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on btbaji. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

btbaji reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your btbaji Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. btbaji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify btbaji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. btbaji will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered, for enhanced account security.
• Ensure the contact information linked to your Account (mobile number, email address) remains accurate and accessible to you at all times.

btbaji reserves the right to suspend or freeze an Account pending investigation where unusual activity, suspected fraud, or identity discrepancies are detected. During any such investigation, withdrawals may be withheld until the matter is resolved to btbaji's satisfaction.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

btbaji supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladeshi payment channels, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• btbaji does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which btbaji bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing durations may vary depending on the selected payment method and prevailing transaction volumes.
• btbaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made for the purpose of obtaining a bonus and immediately withdrawing without genuine play may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and associated bonus, and may trigger a full account review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

btbaji offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are governed by individual wagering requirements that must be met before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across qualifying games or markets before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• Bonuses may carry time limits. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your Account without notice.
• btbaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice to players.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or collusion — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• btbaji is under no obligation to offer the same promotion to every player. Promotional offers may be targeted to specific player segments at btbaji's discretion.

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on btbaji are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules communicated at the time of bet placement:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. btbaji does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or void a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where these Terms or applicable sport-specific rules expressly permit it.
• In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction that results in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, btbaji reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Account balances.
• For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures — specific rules regarding match abandonment, rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, and mid-match suspension are detailed within the Sports Betting Rules section of your Account dashboard.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at btbaji's discretion, particularly during periods of uncertainty such as injury reviews, weather delays, or video referral decisions.
• The maximum payout per bet and per event is subject to limits published in the Platform's betting rules. These limits may be varied by btbaji without prior notice.
• btbaji reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player on any market, at any time, without being required to provide a reason.

07 Casino & Games

The btbaji casino portfolio includes live dealer tables, video slots, crash games, and instant-win products sourced from internationally recognised game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All games available on the Platform are certified for fair play and operate using verified random number generator (RNG) technology or regulated live dealer feeds.

• Game outcomes are determined independently of btbaji. The Platform does not influence, manipulate, or interfere with game results produced by third-party providers.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the respective game providers and are disclosed within each game's information panel.
• Technical disruptions during a live casino session — such as a disconnection from the live dealer stream — will be resolved in accordance with the relevant provider's fair resolution policy.
• Crash game outcomes (including Go Rush and Dinosaur Tycoon) are determined by provably fair algorithms. Historical round results are accessible within the game interface for player reference.
• btbaji reserves the right to remove or suspend access to any game at any time, including for maintenance, provider issues, or regulatory compliance, without liability to players.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btbaji Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information regarding the outcome or conduct of any sporting event.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit or withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine gambling activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing anomalies to place bets that would not otherwise be accepted under normal operating conditions.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent identity verification process.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or making deposits on behalf of another player.
• Attempting to access another player's Account, or soliciting login credentials from any other user of the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, redistribute winnings artificially, or otherwise subvert the integrity of the Platform.
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or discriminatory conduct directed toward btbaji support staff or other users of the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the btbaji Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of btbaji or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from btbaji.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform.
• Use the btbaji name, logo, or brand identity in any commercial context or marketing material without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's content, design, or functionality.

Any unauthorised use of btbaji's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action in addition to permanent Account closure.

10 Privacy & Data

btbaji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

btbaji employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers and is never sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

btbaji is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity — not a financial strategy or a means of addressing personal, financial, or emotional difficulties.

• Players may set personal deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time reminders directly from their Account settings.
• Players who wish to take a temporary break may activate a time-out period of up to 6 weeks from within their Account dashboard.
• Players who wish to stop gambling indefinitely may request a self-exclusion through btbaji's support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the elected exclusion period.
• btbaji actively monitors for behavioural patterns indicative of problem gambling and may proactively contact players, apply account restrictions, or refer players to support resources where appropriate.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btbaji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from interrupted access to the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service outages.
• Financial losses resulting from bets placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect markets or at incorrect stakes.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including from Account suspension or closure.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit processing or withdrawal completion caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

btbaji provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13 Termination

btbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Account holder is found to have engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• btbaji reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or other illegal conduct.
• A regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution directs btbaji to restrict or freeze the Account.
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 18 at any point.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is at btbaji's operational discretion and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting btbaji support. Upon voluntary closure, your real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

btbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, btbaji will provide notice to registered players via the Platform interface, by email to the address on record, or by posting a prominent notice on the homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is always displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your obligations and rights as a btbaji player.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the btbaji Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant territory, as determined by applicable legislation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect without modification.

No waiver by btbaji of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach. The failure of btbaji to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
